• Maintaining a detailed logbook of building activities and reports.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the garden and walking paths, while maintaining health and safety standards.

• Managing and supervising the milk sourcing and supply chain team in the Local Dairy Development (LDD) project.
• Oversee organization-wide management of the strategic sourcing, procurement, contracting, and evaluation of services.
• Manage and coordinate the sales and operations planning process, including supply and demand forecasting, inventory management, and on-time delivery.
• Manage and execute procurement-related functions (e.g., develop and implement contract management and procurement frameworks, sourcing strategies, negotiate agreements, draft, and manage contracts, etc.).
• Directly manage corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
• Manage the quality improvement process through route advancement of the milk supply chain, FGDs, and training.
• Establishing a producer group and linking it with market partners, microfinance institutions, and banks.
• Developing a strong linkage and relationship with relevant stakeholders, including the Ministry of Livestock and Rural Development, the Department of Animal Production and Health, NLDB, and private institutions.

• Overall management of the project toward the achievement of project goals through the Sustainable Organic Agriculture System
• Responsible for developing partnerships with partner organizations and liaisons with the Government of Sri Lanka, NGOs/private sector parties
• Accountable to donors for project impact as well as financial management and responsible for submitting reports commensurate with requirements
• Preparation and timely submission of all project implementation report to donors and other relevant parties
• Management field mobilizes area office staff in administrative, financial, and human resource functions

• Provision of consultancy services to the Agriculture Officers of Mahaweli Authority and farmers
• Introducing micro-financed small-scale businesses for farmers
• Monitoring of projects implemented by Mahaweli Authority & funded by JBIC
• Preparation of relevant brochures and training materials

• Overall management of gardening and maintenance of the city area
• Supervision of staff under the Maintenance Department
• Designing of park areas, Establishment of green belts, Construction of water Ponds and Murrells in the model houses, and maintaining all areas of the city
• Maintaining plant nurseries and supplying the required number of plants for landscaping
• Implement proper agronomic practices such as root balling, pruning trees, fertilization, and pest and disease control, etc
• Maintaining a stock of plants and other chemicals and keeping records
• Participation in management meetings and reporting, etc
• Handling customer complaints, undertaking to maintain the overall aesthetic value of the area

• Designing Landscaping areas of the city, park area, etc
• Maintaining plant Nurseries to a continuous supply of plants
• Labour Management, training of supervisors and skilled labor
• Maintenance of Landscape area, etc
