I am holding a temporary assignment as an MLA II on the night shift for a three-month period, and I was instrumental in creating a smooth transition during an unexpected leave of our LAII. I was responsible for the triple upgrade, EPIC downtime, which was the most successful so far. I was responsible for training new hires for the night shift to help facilitate the hiring and training process, which was a challenging balance with the sick calls.

I am an N95 fit tester. I am skilled in data entry, pre- and post-analytic troubleshooting, including answering inquiries, concerns, and clarifications from the units regarding test and blood collection, EPIC super user, staff coaching, and performance conversation.
