• Select contestants for on-court/in-stand contests and promotions
• Ensure contestants clearly understand and are prepared to participate in the promotion and/or activity
• Explain contestant waivers and ensure proper completion
• Set up, execute, and tear down all pre-game, halftime, and post-game promotions (signage, props, etc.)
• Assist with preparation, and organization of all giveaways at Toronto Raptors games
• Organize and prepare all promotions per the game script and ensure execution within the designated time frame
• Communicate positively and professionally with all MLSE staff and fans
• Other duties as the need arises

• Provide management of practice and game equipment (camera, game clocks, practice charts, etc.), storage and locker room maintenance, laundering of/distribution of practice and game gear, and management of equipment
• Help with tracking of stats: deflections, steals, turnovers, boards during practice and games
• Maintain the general running of a team to free the coach to concentrate on the coaching and training aspects of the team.
• Set up and clean-up of facilities and equipment.
• Help rebound and pass for players during warmup and or drills
• Ensure players have requested items during substitutions or timeouts

Ball Retriever:

• Be on court at appropriate times (pre-game and half-time) to shag basketballs for the participating teams.
• Distribute and collect balls while players are on court.
• Carry out duties during games, such chasing balls that have gone out of bounds
• Straighten courtside signs that have been knocked over.
• Support the Team Bench Attendants if needed.

Responsible for assisting the head coach with organizing the basketball program. The position focused on building practices, assessing and helping players build their game, and mentoring about sport-like behavior and appropriate conduct toward players, officials, and spectators.

Responsible for creating daily production scheduling for respective machines to manufacture orders for clients as well as Invoicing and filing account receivables.
