• Cognitive / Mental health: Helped a client effectively learned deep breathing coping strategies, reported feeling “less overwhelmed” when anxious.

• Safety: Identified and removed potential fall hazards within a client’s living space, ensuring a safer environment and reducing risk of fall and injury.
