  • Gardiner Expressway Rehabilitation Project: Removal and Replacement of Bridge Panels.
  • Total rehabilitation of bridge substructure from Lower Jarvis to Cherry St.
  • Preparing daily replacement and removal (R and R) drawings for quick access by site foremen and crane operators at the beginning of each shift.
  • Taking records of daily site activities such as precast panel replacements, forming and stripping of barrier walls, cast in place panels and UHPC joints, rebar installations for barrier walls, link slabs as well as removal of existing panels on deck.
  • Preparing Daily Work Records (DWR) and updating daily work tracker after every shift.
  • Equipment and tools inventory including records of equipment/tools rentals, repairs and returns.
  • Quality control - checks on UHPC joints ensuring width, rebar coverages and coverages conform to project's specifications.
  • Checks on the top and bottom surfaces of placed panels for possible spalls during installation.
  • Spalls are recorded and foremen informed to repair before any UHPC forming.
