• Monitor Client room and kept floor cleared from visible debris such as hanging phone card, slippery wet floor, magazine and papers within surrounding areas in order to prevent falling and unnecessary accidents to my client as well staff, and Oneself
• Gather full information on work premises in regards to my client and everyone's wellbeing individually and most importantly the fire exit incase of fire, in keeping up with the health and safety code standard
• Assisted with bathing, dress code guidelines, and grooming
• Take Client to breakfast lunch and supper, assist with feeding and monitored intake to help patients achieve a more nutritional diets, and at times monitored medications intakes and reminder
• Accompany Clients to schedule Doctors appointments
• Takes Client to weekly social activities such as, Resident meetings,scripture readings, sing along, Dominoes & Bingo games, Outdoors Barbecues, Exercise, Art & craft & book coloring, indoor and outdoor walks
• Assist with the decorations in preparations for special events, such as, Anniversaries, Birthday parties and all other yearly engagements in honor of all residents
• Built strong relationships with clients through continual communication during conversations to deliver emotional support and companionship.
• Engaged patients in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activity while providing personal care assistance.

* Take Client for daily outdoor spin, walk on a good day Housekeeping chores & Plant care
