- Configure machine settings via Human-Machine Interface (HMI) touchscreens (slicing speed, thickness, stacking patterns) and make physical mechanical adjustments to meet client requirements, including timely changing packaging film rolls in the machine.
- Serve as the central link in the production chain, synchronizing operations with the Raw department and Pack-Off department to manage remaining cases, incoming volumes, and match mutual overall handling capacity.
- Owning line-sorting tasks on the high-volume fast conveyor belt, grading and sorting non-standard pieces as Secondary Quality (SQ) products while continuously auditing the belt for foreign material contamination.
- Maintain 100% compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulating product temperatures, following proper PPE code and workplace safety protocols.
