• I have provided pediatric in home care to infants and children with complex health conditions both in Vancouver and the Comox Valley.
• I have had the opportunity to provide pediatric palliative care, care for children with extensive brain injuries, genetic abnormalities, and children requiring respiratory support with ventilators and tracheostomies.

• I care for pediatric patients in the acute care setting managing children pre and postoperatively and caring for children with respiratory infections, fractures and other acute illness'.
• There is also significant overflow of adult medical and surgical patients on the unit.

• The Inpatient Ward serviced the entire territory of Nunavut so the caseload was extremely diverse and challenging.
• I provided culturally sensitive care to psychiatric, medical, surgical, palliative, pediatric, and labor and delivery patients.

• I provided care to children requiring long-term tracheostomies/ and or ventilator support in the step down or transitional care unit of the Pediatric ICU.

• At Sunny Hill I provided care to pediatric patients requiring rehabilitation, respite care, and palliative care.

• I worked full time hours caring for a diverse northern population of individuals with unique cultural backgrounds and specialized needs.
• I spent the majority of my hours on the long-term care/palliative care unit, and a minority of my time on the medical unit.
