• Feb. 2023- present: Huntsville Health Care Clinic- The Annex: I Worked with Dr. Melanie Mar to create, ordering of equipment, working with providers to create a clinic setting, create policy, and be a clinician in cough, cold flu clinic, which has since become 'Unattached patient clinic'. We provide care to patients in Muskoka area without at PCP.

Working with OHT to create a hospital based CHF clinic.

Hub and spoke-node model with RVH as our Node and worked with cardiologists, NP to manage patients diagnosed with CHF in the community.

My duties involved starting patient on GDMT, monitoring, education, and collaborating with PCP for these patients to ensure they had best care and prevent hospitalization.

I did as well see in-patients admitted with CHF and then register them to our clinic.

There were some problems with loss of our GEM, lack of support for NP in program and a general fragmentation of the program.

• I was hired to create a medical clinic for residents of Denovo who come for 35 days for drug and alcohol addiction rehabilitation
• With Covid 19 we created a model to screen clients and staff and create rigorous intake protocols
• I would see residents for episodic concerns that arose during their stay ie lacerations, sprains, immunizations, smoking cessation, insomnia, mental health, physical examinations and set up a discharge plan for them to follow up with their own HCP

• In the rural nursing stations I did mostly summer relief and cared for cottagers and episodic visits with a lot of suturing, caring for ear infections, bites, procedures, orthopedic injuries
• The PHU- I worked one day per week as an NP in the sexual health clinic seeing a variety of patients needing IUDs, contraception, treating STI, Hep
