As a Customer Service Representative I will play a crucial role in providing excellent and courteous customer service to maintain and reflect our company's values, mission, and vision. My key responsibilities will include meeting and exceeding sales expectations, staying knowledgeable about our brand, products, and store promotions, monitoring and replenishing floor stock, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. I will also be responsible for understanding, respecting, and following our company's code of conduct, processing payment transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) System, and up-keeping fitting rooms to store standards while assisting customers when needed.
