  • Built and Led a Team of 12-24 Team members covering R&D, Support, G&A recruitment for Canada and US locations including Burnaby and Sunnyvale (HQ)
  • Manage the recruitment workflow and process working in collaboration with VP of HR, Directors, Senior Executives, R&D VPs, HR Coordinators, HR Business Partners, Recruiters and Hiring Managers
  • Working with the team, built up Burnaby teams from 500 to over 1,600 employees, helping to grow the R&D and support teams.
  • My team carried a high volume of workloads, ranging from 200 to 400 positions at times, and filling anywhere between 200 and 900 positions while scaling up teams for growth
  • Work on the complete recruitment lifecycle, starting from identifying the need to add new headcounts or replacement needs, gathering requirements with the help of hiring managers, sending the request for approvals to management teams to add new requisitions, managing postings, identifying new hires, requesting the approvals to hire, and further closing.
  • Setup recruitment goals for team members, evaluate recruiter performance, maintaining stats and performance metrics.
  • Maintain and send reporting on recruitment, including weekly stats and biweekly updates for senior executives, including the global VP of HR, CTO, hiring leaders.
  • The Talent Acquisition team covered diverse skill sets in hiring, including Embedded Software Developers, Web Developers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Java Developers, Release QA Engineers, Software Dev QA, AV Analysts, Hardware Engineers, Firmware Engineers, IT Engineers (Windows/Linux), Information Security, Security Systems Engineers, Product Security, Technical Support, and more.
