Full Cycle Recruitment

  • Preparing internal and external job advertisements with adherence to company policy, online postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies
  • Managing a large number of vacancies at any given time (anywhere from 50 – 120)
  • Contacting candidates, arranging interview schedules and developing appropriate interview questions in collaboration with the hiring manager so that interviews are conducted efficiently and equitably; providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job’s pre-established selection criteria and organization’s recruitment policies
  • Conducting background checks, criminal record checks, processing time sheets, payroll paperwork, candidate files and any HR reports
  • Preparing job offer materials in line with on-boarding program and in accordance with the agreed job specifications so that successful candidates have all the information they need to accept position
  • Providing feedback to both candidates and hiring managers with realistic expectations and timelines
  • Partnering with community vendors and participating in external job fairs/campus recruitment
  • Adhering to recruitment metrics: tracking candidates, number of in person interviews, phone interviews, new hires, declined offers, positions filled and new vacancies

Learning & Development
