Hardworking and passionate about competent patient care with excitement to learn new skills and gain opportunities to build on current skills.

Term 3: Sacred Heart School (Fall 2022)

• Efficacy in implementing sports program for elementary school students with emphasis on active lifestyle and healthy habits.
• Practiced closed-loop and effective communication to stakeholders and participating group members.

Term 4: AgeCare Bowcrest (Winter 2023)

• Demonstration of competent and efficiency in skills including: feeding, hygiene care, transfers (personal assist, total lift)
• Experience in personalized patient care with proven ability in adaptation.

Term 5: Foothills Medical Centre U54 (Fall 2023)

• Demonstration of efficient and competent patient and medication research with emphasis on creating and following personalized daily care plans.
• Experience in proper medication administration according to UofC Faculty of Nursing policies and procedures.
• Experience in valuable clinical skills: vital sign assessment, head-to-toe assessment, medication administration (routes: oral, rectal, subcutaneous injection, topical), urinary catheter insertion, simple dressing change.

Term 6: Rockyview General Hospital U94 (Winter 2024)

• Expansion of clinical skillset including: medication administration (routes: intravenous, enteral), intravenous medication preparation, chest tube site assessment and dressing change, communication to physician and pharmacy (SBAR format).
• Maintain professional behavior, attitude, and appearance including, but not limited to: demonstrating enthusiasm and motivation toward clinical practice, arriving on time, completing work tasks and delegation of tasks if applicable, maintaining fitness to practice.
