• Cornwall Courthouse Duress Alarm Replacement :
  Currently managing the replacement and integration of the duress alarm system, mag locks, and card readers to enhance comprehensive facility security. The project, valued at $1.3M (including FF&E), covers secure private halls and external areas such as judicial parking and prison transport zones. Collaborating with consultants to review the existing system and identify any gaps for improvements and upgrades.
• Brockville Courthouse & Jail – Fire Alarm System Replacement
  Overseeing the replacement of the fire alarm systems at both the Brockville Courthouse and Jail. Responsibilities include coordinating system integration between the courthouse and jail, collaborating with the local fire department. The design also incorporates special considerations for phasing and implementation due to the jail's 24/7 occupancy, with after-hours work planned for the courthouse to minimize operational disruption.
• Site Wide Repair at St Lawrence Valley Correctional & Treatment Center Led site-wide repair works, including asphalt crack sealing, catch basin and manhole resetting, pothole repairs, and concrete sidewalk panel removals. Developed a phased construction approach to allow continuous public access to the facility, with one stage of work completed before closing off public access.

• Septic Tank Renewal at Whitney OPP : Led the environmental impact assessment and engaged the Indigenous group for compliance with archaeological protocols. Managed the project's scope and meeting stakeholder expectations while addressing potential environmental impacts.
• BAS System Replacement at Pembroke Courthouse ($3.4M) : Directed procurement and consultant coordination for the BAS system upgrade. Managed project timelines, ensured quality by overseeing commissioning and testing, resulting in smooth turnover to the client.
• Fit-Up of Ottawa East Probation & Parole Office : Assisted in the fit-up of the Ottawa East P&P office, ensuring compliance with P&P specifications and guidelines. Coordinated furniture procurement, move services, and development of spaces such as secure interview rooms, PPO offices, reception/file space, and a boardroom.
• Facility Studies at Carleton Detention Centre : Led multiple studies (e.g., fire safety, building envelope), reporting project status and guiding improvements for long-term facility upgrades.

Conducted regular site inspections to ensure safety compliance and monitored daily progress to meet deadlines.Directed field activities, including mobilization, excavation, and concreting.
