I am applying for this role as I feel I can do much better with TD - a prime lender and one of the biggest name in the industry. I have knowledge, experience and skills to convert leads which I have accumulated on my own. This opportunity will allow me to have a stable backing so I can explore more and invest in attracting more business which is a plus for both my employer as well as me.
I am an independent broker with established connections with Realtors, builders & clients in BC & AB. Started in 2022 (with TMG) when Bank of Canada hiked interest rates and even though market was slow I was able to source my initial deals in first three months(1.4 million). Currently, I have funded about 1.1 million since I started with DLC which is about six months. Also I have around 2 Million in my pipeline for next 4-5 months.
I have TD policies on my finger tips as I have funded with TD, have a great relationship with my RSM and know the broker information kit by heart.
I started my journey as a broker with TMG and funded my initial deals there. It was a great learning experience as I was new to industry and real estate market saw a slow down due to rise in inflation.
