• The First 13+ years of employment here, I handled the Service/ Maintenance aspect of preparing Service invoices for servicing on Harley Davidson Motorcycles, attention to detail and organization/time management along with technical knowledge on the workings of the motorcycle was key and a prerequisite
• Because I have experience and extensive knowledge of Parts, Building /Assembling Custom Harley Davidson Motorcycles , I was promoted to Design Consultant in 2017, Customizing new customer purchase motorcycles and other customer owned motorcycles who want to do upgrades to their current

• In 2021 , I had changed to a different job title as Frontline Service Supervisor, overseeing and assisting the Service Advisors- I was moved to this position because of my experience in this Dept. and informed I would be a asset in helping the Dept. and to be a liaison between Service , Sales and Service Technicians
