In this position I am responsible for assisting engineers in making decisions for the provisioning of access network facilities. This assistance includes helping to conduct all field work necessary to determine the most effective, cost – efficient plant to install, obtain right of way permissions, and administrate contracts and billing for facilities shared with other utilities and cable companies.
