• Diagnose and isolate signal loss, line interference, or hardware failure using specialized test equipment.
• Repair or replace damaged drop wires, underground cables, and inside jacks.
• Upgrade older network components to meet modern bandwidth standards.

Physical and Field Duties

• Work outdoors in various weather conditions and climb poles or ladders.
• Access underground manholes, crawl spaces, or aerial equipment safely.
• Lift heavy equipment and handle tools while obeying strict company safety protocols.
