Main Responsibilities

• Support 2 teams of 9 and 8 subject matter experts (agile team) to ensure that each sprint remains within defined timelines, mitigating risks and scope creep.
• Facilitate, coach and motivate scrum teams to ensure compliance to agile processes. Collaborate with senior management and product owner to examine current business processes, involving projected outcomes.
• Coordinate the Scrum/Kanban process, managing agile initiatives. Create customized Agile training and implement Agile tools to enhance team collaboration.
• Collaborate with scrum team to analyze user stories for identifying product vision and translate into prioritized product backlogs. Provide guidance to the scrum team in their estimating efforts using good estimation techniques which has led to improved story pointing.
• Promote agile best practices while participating in iterative design sessions, testing, and tracking team’s delivery on commitments by leveraging enterprise-level artifacts and other visual tools. Constantly keep up with industry trends to keep abreast of current agile practices.
