The duties of this role includes, picking and choosing requested items which the customers want. Making item substitutions for the customers when needed. Ensuring all items that are picked are of the highest quality. Contacting the customer and informing them about any substituted items they may receive. Packing orders that have been picked out. Helping customers to load orders into their vehicles.
This job included interacting with guests, giving support when needed. Maintaining building facilities. Having a deep understanding of all used chemicals, preventive measures and emergency procedures. Working and interacting with other branches to ensure a quick and easy working environment
This role involved Helping customers with issues, giving recommendations when needed, maintains inventory, Lifting heavy objects, ensuring working environment is clean, Processing payments and refunds when needed.
