- Open slot machines, replace hot boxes with cold boxes, and secure all machine doors.
- Report any machine errors or issues to the Drop & Count Supervisor, and/or Slot Tech.
- Accurately prepare and process high volumes of gaming machine currency, table game chips, and Ticket Redemption Unit currency and tickets.
- Maintain the security of cage carts, access cards, drop, and soft count keys while on duty, ensuring all enterprise assets are safeguarded.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
- Pay out winnings and collect losses during gameplay.
- Monitor dealers and players to ensure compliance with gaming rules, and prevent cheating.
- Safeguard company assets, and uphold regulatory standards.
- Maintain attentive service while working at a gaming table for shifts of 7 to 8 hours. - Assist in the transport and organization of gaming chips, ensuring accurate handling.
