Program Development & Implementation
Design and implement a wide variety of recreational and wellness programs tailored to meet the needs and preferences of residents, including physical, intellectual, social, and creative activities.
•Organize and supervise special events, outings, and holiday celebrations.
•Ensure that all programs are accessible and inclusive for residents of all abilities. Hire, train, and supervise recreation staff and volunteers to support programming.

CPR/BLS
Thorough understanding of The Canada Health Act, Health Care Consent Act, Fixing Long Term Care Act & The Retirement Homes Act/Ontario , CNO Standards of Practice
