Managed a portfolio of various clients: Khushhali Bank Ltd., Mobilink, Zil , Engro, Tata Textile, Bonanza Satrangi, Young’s Food, National Foods, Coca Cola, Abudawood (Atcopk), Shan Foods , Emaar Pakistan, Jaffar Brothers Ltd, Ufone, Telenor , AkzoNobel, Colgate Palmolive, TeraData, Daraz.pk, AKU, HumTV etc Involved in executive search assignments for Entry, Middle and Upper Management levels for local and MNC organizations:
- Conducting an end-to-end recruitment process starting from sourcing relevant candidates, assessing them through various personality and behavioral interview sessions to the final offer and negotiation phase and selection of the potential candidate
- Take interviews and shortlist candidates as per respective department’s requirements Using multiple methods to recruit for the best potential candidate for the client organization: Via Company's own job portal, advertisements, internal database, dedicated search and sourcing
- Evaluate resumes and applications Maintaining and updating an extensive database of Mid - Senior level job seekers specifically with regards to various industries and functions
- Respond to alleged violations of compliance framework by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures and closing the case as per policy Developing strategic relationships and alliances with major organizations and clients
- Heavily participating in new client relations, follow ups and account management
- Respond to general queries of employees related to HR processes Initiate and document employee separation process on receiving resignation by intimating respective action owners for clearance Negotiate salaries with candidates based on available salary criteria Prepare final settlement and handover experience certificate and cheque to employee Update all the induction, separation and compliance cases on respective HR Portals for data analysis and decision making Properly data and log maintaining for all the submissions made for Executive Search along with confidential documents of senior candidates

- Solely handling the diversified portfolio for FMCG, Tech, Telecom, and Media while recruiting for the largest FMCG, telecommunication, Technology Companies and Media Houses in the country.
