Check and set up graveside service site
Greet the families,their guests and the Rabbi's
Guide the family through the service
Drive the hearse to the graveside or to an outside cemetery.
Direct people at the main gate entrance
Order DC's
Scan the DC's into HMIS
Ship DC's to the families or prepare them to be picked up.
Check and scan current funeral files and lead my team by scanning funeral files from previous years.
AR Adjustments
Request and print checks
Process marker orders
Check in granite when it's delivered
Issue IWO's to the grounds crew for installation
Check the installation of markers
Deliver markers when they are installed
Keep an Interment Log and issue interment numbers to IOA's
Prepare and distribute the daily schedules
Make vault tags for the burials
Do blind checks
Greet family members
Make maps for family & friends to find gravesites
Unlock the funeral home in the morning

In October 2024 I won the Luminary Circle Award for the funeral home and also in October 2024 I won the Service Excellence Award for the funeral home. I currently serve on the Safety Committee for the mortuary. During my time at Menorah Gardens I was the Covid Wellness Champion and I won the Cookie Contest at our location.
