• Embedded and sustained the program through
  providing training, technical support, and capacity building to District Local government teams on Early Childhood Development
• Developed comprehensive monthly coaching plans for district team members tailored to individual and team needs, aligning them with program objectives & standards.
• Monitored ongoing quality of Play Schemes and ECD activities including parenting workshops, target period meetings, termly reporting, radio programming.
• Oversaw the adherence of Sub county teams to activity standards,reported on activity compliance, identified issues, proactively engaged in problem-solving.

PROJECT: Enhancing Age-appropriate Adolescent SRHR services for young people Under 25 years

• Developed and implemented strategic plans for livelihood interventions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinated and nurtured cordial relations with relevant private and public sectors, project partners and key stakeholders.
• Organized capacity building workshops and trainings for beneficiaries on topics including financial literacy and business management.
• Organized and supported 23 innovative ideas through 2 business competitions.
• Created linkages and referral for over 261 youth for employment opportunities.
• Organized mentorship/coaching and career guidance sessions for over 800 youth.

PROJECT: Building Resilience of Slum Youth through Access to Alternative Education Opportunities.

• Managed daily operations and supervised staff to ensure effective work performance.
• Coordinated the start-up and running of 3 Social Action Projects under the program
• Organized VSLA trainings, and coordinated linkage to banking sector and other financial services
• Supported the creation of networks and social clubs for young people to enhance their capacity and competencies.

PROJECT: Better Migration Management

• Conducted trainings for travel and tourism sector stakeholders on Trafficking in Persons and Promotion of safe migration.
• Supported stakeholders to form 3 key community local coalitions to support protection band referral of young people faced with trafficking in persons and unsafe migration.
• Trained 20 peer educators to act as change agents in community awareness raising on Trafficking in Persons and safe migration and Referral of victims of TIP.
• Participated in the development and designing of messages on TIP & safe migration and disseminated promotional information, educational and communication material.

• Maintained accurate records of client progress and interactions according to agency standards.
• Provided supportive counseling services for victims of abuse or neglect.
• Collaborated with family members to provide comprehensive support services to clients.
