• I was/still am a certified trainer in cafe Rio which is a fast food chain. And I would train others in:
• Cashier - teaching them how to ring up food and how to do refunds while also maintaining the dining lobby we would clean every so often and restock napkins
• Line cook - being in charge of making food such as burritos, quesadillas & a variety of Hispanic food also making sure those who I trained were portioning correctly
• Runner/prep - prepping things such as cutting lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and cutting and dicing a lot of veggies.
• I would be trained in all of these positions but my strongest was cashier alwaus having a smile on my face & keeping conversations with customers, at closing time as a cashier we would restock our stations in the lobby of silverware & mop and sweep everything from head to toe
• Provided one-on-one coaching sessions to help individuals improve their skills - as a trainer we would be with our new hire for a week teaching them everything and slowly making them comfortable with there job.

• Restocked shelves with seasonal decorations and costumes for customer accessibility.
• Organized inventory in stockroom to maintain efficient retrieval and restocking processes.
• Collaborated with team members to ensure timely product availability during peak seasons.

Although my job at Halloween party city which is only available through October, only lasted a month or so I would restock & be a cashier just making sure everything was in order and not dirty and not in the wrong section.
