My job as a lead hand is to ensure safe and efficient operations of the counter balance winch lines, and the tong operation in the basket. To delegate workers for maintenance on the snubbing unit and overlook work that has been done and to take part in (Ram changes, Slip changes, tong dye changes, hydraulic hoses, etc.) I spend the majority of my time working on a 285k/311k stand alone snubbing unit, but I also have the experience of working on a 170k stand alone, 142k mobile unit, and a 120k small rig assist unit.

The work I have been apart of has been milling/well completions, high pressure fishing, well abandonments, gas cavern well work overs and production string punch ins.

• Operated Class 1 vehicles to transport agricultural products efficiently and safely.
