- Execute transactions accurately, meet deadlines adhering to formal or informal (SLAs)
- Facilitating resolution and service quality maintenance with relevant partners
- Support partners with incoming transactions, validating information as needed
- Oversaw change management and maintain data for optimal efficiency and accuracy
- Coordinates activities and business insights across multiple teams to ensure client service needs are met
- Managed and improved client service by implementing new operational strategies
- Manage group of estates, trusts, tax slips and GP process
- Identify, document, and investigate processes/exceptions arising from transactions/processes beyond first-level operations service delivery
- Reports to Manager and lead.
