  • Created schematics and routed PCBs for control circuitry involving power regulation, CAN-Bus connectivity between data monitoring devices, and peripheral output controls for the Helios Solar Car 6.0 project.
  • Utilized CAD tools such as Altium Designer and LTspice to design and simulate buck converters, power circuitry involving high frequency mosfet switching, and LPFs for inrush current attenuation for an automotive application.
  • Generated and aided in optimization of BOMs between multiple boards designed for Helios to effectively allocate resources and meet project budgets.
  • Performed manual manufacturing of several boards consisting of placing, soldering, cleaning and testing SMD components.
