I have been a good leader and great sportsmanship in the sport and club. I have made many accomplishments in the sport and rowing has exercised many of the skills that I have learned. Rowing forced me to use leadership, respect everyone wether I like them or not, sportsmanship and to follow someone else with trust. Rowing has also shown me how to work hard, set goals and work to achieve those goals as-well as rely on myself and to have independence.
