• As a team of 4, we worked together to create pre-packaged salad green salad recipes for the Oliver’s market HMR program. Averaging from 300-600 salads per day.
• Prepared salad dressings, cut meats, cooked chicken, cut vegetables, and packed croutons.
• Improved workflow by multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and communicating with team members.
• Maintained clean, trash-free workspaces to maximize productivity and safety.

Goals and tasks:

- Safely using the standing lift to grab 2000lbs of product from back stock and placing it into the pick face

- Keeping focus on order accuracy so product isn’t missed or picked incorrectly

- Neatly and quickly assembling milk product onto empty pallets (building no more than 6 crates high)

- Making sure each pallet is correctly tagged and lined up for each delivery route.

- Tagged and organized pallets for each delivery route, enhancing overall shipping accuracy.

• Make sure that all general manufacturing processes meet high quality standards.
• Maintain a successful system for organizing and managing orders.
• Work with Micro-Edm machines, lathes, micrometers, microscopes, and other general tools like wrenches and precision cameras
• Executed precise hole burning on bonding wedge tools ranging from .006 to .017 inches in size.

- Restocked cases with new merchandise and removed expired items for

proper disposal.

- Answered questions from customers and discussed new products placed in

dairy cases.

- Faced all the milk, yogurt, and other dairy products to make sure they look

presentable on the shelf for customers

- Unloaded pallets of produce boxes onto carts to stock them on shelves while

also maintaining the stock from prior deliveries and composting all the old fruit

and vegetables

- Stacked each produce back-stock box in the cooler from the newest to the

oldest so co-workers knew which to grab and stock first.
