

● More than 2 years of experience in healthcare, customer service, administration, and related fields.
● Holds a full NACC Certificate in PSW program.
● Strong interpersonal skills including decision-making, problem-solving, leadership, teamwork, organizational management, and effective communication.
● Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
● Proficient in computer applications such as MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Stata, and QuickBooks.
● Multilingual: English, French.
