- Perform SBC (Simple Bin Count) and CC (Cycle Count) when assigned for labor share to the ICQA department to ensure goods in bins are both physically and virtually available
- Stow incoming inventory appropriately by driving an order picker machine and/or reach machine
- Offloading and down stacking full pallets of goods from trailers using the counterbalance machine
- Perform a critical role as a problem solver by ensuring that stowers from the Inbound department have everything as accurate as possible such as the correct barcode and making sure there isn’t a physical and virtual mismatch with the inventory that is in the cage
- Perform other problem-solving duties such as consolidation by merging goods to be stowed in their relevant locations for stowers to avoid time off task and bin collisions
- Maintain proper bin etiquette when stowing inventory as it makes the job easier for Outbound to accurately pick, pack, and deliver goods in a timely manner
- Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
- Inspecting products for defects and damages and reporting it to the Problem Solver and/or Process Assistant
- Organize warehouse space for future goods
