I have been in the electrical industry for 24 years, 12 of them in PG&E EO, 6 of those in the EAE team. I have a deep understanding of the business, its history, its opportunities for improvement and where it is going. While in the EAE team, I led a very successful effort to improve the M&TE calibration program, brought on by a Minor Nonconformance form LRQA. While never being placed in charge of the program, I took the initiative to utilize feedback and my knowledge of the industry to help shape improvements that took the program from a failing Minor Nonconformance, to being recognized by LRQA as one of the best and innovative examples they've ever seen in the industry.

Certification
