• Reporting to the Director of HR my role was to support the organization by providing the company with accurate professional advice based current legislative requirements in three provinces where we operate (BC, ON, NS)

• This included developing and implementing numerous initiatives in health and safety, sustainability, and human resource projects.

• My role also consisted of workplace investigations, ministry investigations and OHS complaints.
