• Identify client's needs and respond with the proper resources and referrals.
• Provide short-term problem-solving opportunities, identifying and assessing supports and referrals needed.
• Provide basic necessities (food, water, shelter, clothing, etc.) as needed.
• Observe and communicate changes in mental health and take appropriate action.
• Liaise with other social services agencies and health care providers involved with clients.
• Make appropriate decisions and take appropriate actions in time of crisis.
• Maintain accurate comprehensive documentation regarding all interactions with clients.
• Follow policies and procedures and uphold standards. Be familiar with and be able to implement safety measures as needed.
• Prepare reports or case histories.

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Operate cash registers and other equipment to handle cash and debit/credit transactions accurately
• Provide information on available products
• Monitor fuel levels and replenish supplies as needed eg. cooler/store items , etc.
• Keep the gas station indoor/outdoor area clean, including restrooms and convenience store
• Refuel vehicles
• Perform minor service and maintenance to vehicles

• Select area for fishing, plot courses and compute navigational positions using compasses and charts or electronic fishing aids
• Steer vessel and operate navigational instruments
• Operate fishing gear, direct fishing operation and supervise fishing crew members
• Maintain engine, fishing gear and other on-board equipment
• Record fishing activities, weather and sea conditions

• Cleaning and maintaining boat
• Setting pots in the water to catch crabs
• Evaluating catches for quality
• Throwing back crabs that don't adhere to standards
• Selling crabs
