I managed a team of employees working virtual throughout Canada. Our focus was managing operations for national adult and pediatric kidney donation (living and deceased), policy implementation and updates, program enhancements, national education for a variety of practitioners. Quality improvement projects including improving education practices and documentation. I hosted events for collaboration and education at different centers around Canada.

Provided support for post transplant recipients, assessed patients for live and deceased organ donation. Organized organ transport around Canada. Assessed international live donors for organ donation in Canada. Created educational materials to support patient and family education. Process mapping for improved process and better access to assessment for patients. Working with a variety of multi disciplinary teams including adult and pediatric transplant teams.

Monitored vital signs, notified physicians of changes and asisted with emergent situations. Administered IV, oral and injection medications. Educated patients and family members in a compassionate way.

Worked in a variety of nursing environments providing care to patients such as general medicine, cardiology and cath lab, geriatric psychiatry and critical care neuro trauma ICU.

Began career as a customer service representative completing everyday and foreign banking transactions. Progressed to lending and investing.
