-As a barista at Blue Bottle, I was collectively responsible for making and serving high-quality coffee and providing an exceptional experience for the customers.

-Blue Bottle not only trained me in the history of coffee but also taught me how to make the best coffee available.

-At Blue Bottle, I practiced the highest-quality service to customers and learned to interact with people to sell them our service and products.

-At Blue Bottle, I worked with a team of other baristas to keep our store in check and create a consistent flow.

-At Vinyl Solution Records, I was part of a team that shared responsibilities to run the store collectively.

-Cleaned records and CDs, fixed turntables, and other audio equipment.

- Consulted customers on buying equipment and troubleshooted issues regarding equipment and heightening their listening experience.

-Worked with owner to strategically organize for customers to see all new arrivals and limited releases.

-I started as a teacher's assistant, helping run the Sunday and Wednesday school classes smoothly, and

teaching and leading programs alongside the teacher of the class.

-After two years of the job, I was promoted to the head oce aid which was at the top of the student

positions.

-I ran the office using computer programs to get everyone their material, and was trained in using the

printers and electronic office equipment properly.

-I helped lead community events and planned events for the kids in the program.
