Accomplishments

I recently worked for CCTV configuration and installation for Empiral Oil distribution office. It was a team work and I got a chance to work with IT engineer. I did demo configuration for the company over the network design by our engineer. It was great hands on experience for me to implement and sharpen my skill. I was lucky to get involved on such a big network design and configuration.

Best Costumer service host of the year 2023

I was working on Japanese village Teppan dining as costumer host. My duty was receive the costumer form the main entrance and let them comfortable  on the seat which was booked earlier.


Everyday being on time at he receiving point, Greeting, and verify them for the enhance service for the great experience was by entry point of service. I was always practiced to listen deeply costumer and at the same time used to give full attention of their word and body language which help me to guide the server for better service. 


Most of the costumer are regular and fan of our restaurants. based on the costumer verbal compliments with manager and Google review our management made a decision to recognize me Best costumer service host of the year 2023.
