I look after 13 departments that consist of trade operations, security, financesecurity lending,strategic planning Corporate Action, Dividends,reconciliation, client services,account services,registered plans,non-plan year-end, document control, Aton, and manual transfers. Created and executed a transformation plan for operations, which included using technology, ensuring that employees had a great onboarding and continuous learning plan
