• Directly supervised the work of the Timothy Assistant Coordinator and TImothy leaders.
• Planned, organized, communicated details, and led a camping/canoeing trip for participants.

• Overall supervision of cabin leaders, including conflict resolution, one-on-one support as needed and encouraged personal growth.
• Worked closely with the Program Coordinators and Behavioural Support staff to ensure quality programming and proper supervision of campers and staff was given.
• Ensured the highest standard of health and safety for all campers, volunteers, and staff.
• Assisted with arrival and departure days.
