My time with the University of Alberta has amply prepared me for the educational field. My field experiences in Westminster Junior High and Strathcona High School has given me a diverse range of experiences managing students of a wide age range. My experiences as an Educational Assistant in an upper elementary school has further diversified the range of students I am comfortable with managing. My major/minor combination of Chemistry and English further enhances the diverse range of concepts I can teach to a diverse range of students. I am highly adaptable to many educational contexts thanks to all of those experiences and would be suitable to a great many positions.
-Further expanded upon my understanding of pedagogical and curricular content while teaching grade 7 and 9 classes.
-Generated and implemented a diverse array of lesson materials in order to support a diverse range of learning needs.

-Taught and oversaw classes of grade 10 and grade 11 students.
