Gymnastics has always been a part of my life being an athlete myself since I was 7 years old to winning medals nationally. Until I made the choice to give back to the community and coach the next generation of athletes. Some of my duties included:
- Instructs children aged 5-18 years old of varying skill levels.
- Developed concise plans to prepare athletes for the competitive season.
- Ensured safe training environments: physically and mentally.
- Collaborated with co-workers on the best way to develop each athlete.

- Long-term clientele increased by 100% over 3-year tenure in an industry that could not run over COVID.

- Organization of the department influenced all departments in the organization to increase production and communication

- Analyzed performance and identified needed improvements based on targeted program evaluation strategies.

- Discovered ways to improve individual productivity and group performance against program goals.

- Assessed the program's effectiveness to recommend changes to content, policies, and procedures.

- Developed budgets and operational plans for the program.

- Developed and updated annual contracts with new policies and procedures

- Developed Excel templates to organize clientele info and automated budgets.
