Preceptorship of BSN and ER specialty students

I take on bachelor in science students in their final preceptorship and help them transition from a student to a new grad. I help them develop and consolidate their nursing practice. I observe and help educate each student so they are ready to step into the nursing world and grow in a safe and controlled environment. These students get the opportunity to learn, grow and develop their nursing skills to be the best nurse they can be.
