I have been with our company now for 38 years and am Currently Acting Branch Manager at our Hamlyn Road Location In St. Johns. I oversee branch operations and fostering customer relationships. I Monitor our Targets Daily to ensure all Employees are aware of where we are, and where we need to be to both meet, and surpass our Goals . I am a Strategic thinker and Tactical decision-maker with a passion for serving customers and exceeding expectations. I have Proven expertise in business development and coaching, while enhancing team skills and performance. I Demonstrates excellent decision-making and stress management, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

In this program, I  learned so very much about running a Branch.   I  prepared Business Plans, learned how to properly manage employees , to coach them to be their very best, to be a team player,  and to meet and exceed their Goals.  This program is great for an employee who is considering a future in Management with Fairstone.
