As the Logistics Coordinator, I schedule the daily deliveries for two separate delivery teams. I ensure that we have all the necessary information and tools onhand for successful deliveries of the hot tubs and accessories. I also arrange more complex deliveries involving picker trucks and cranes. I supply on the spot support and problem solving to the delivery teams when unexpected obstacles or problems arise. I also ensure that customer accounts are up to date and provide ongoing assistance to customers.
