A work in progress - Chris has been engaging in projects relating to empowering others to connect to effect positive change personally and in the community at large. The intent is to eventually establish a non-profit entity to provide resources necessary to expand the scope of the project on a large scale. During this time Chris has also managed small renovation projects and donated much of his time in both of these capacities.

Raised 1.5 million in venture capital for a start-up dedicated to producing low-energy, closed-loop Aquaponic Farming Systems - a sustainable technology using far less chemical, energy and water resources. Aquaponics is considered to be one of the avenues to partially address water and food security issues into the 21st century.

Assisted clients in negotiating contracts for optimal results, ensuring their interests were protected throughout the process (concurrent with other activities).

Delivered advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), basic life support (BLS), and pediatric advanced life support (PALS) under pressure.

Full time study and practicums

Owned and Operated all aspects of a full service real estate and mortgage brokerage employing 12 licensed Realtors and 2 mortgage brokers.

Instrumental in driving sales in three provinces becoming the dominant and disruptive leader in emerging technologies in the real estate industry.
