• As a team leader and welcome agent, i play a pivotal role in assisting immigrants and refugees with their settlement and integration into our community. I provide guidance, support, and resources to newcomers to help them adapt to their new environment, access essential services, and thrive in their new home along with leading a team of several people.
• Set performance expectations for the team, monitoring progress towards goals and providing constructive feedback as needed.

As a front-line point of contact for our customers I play a critical role in providing exceptional service by assisting customers with their inquiries, addressing concerns, and helping them find the products and solutions they need for their projects.

• Maintained a clean and safe shopping environment for customers through regular cleaning and monitoring of store conditions.
• Greeted customers, helped locate merchandise, and suggested suitable options.
