• Moderate unity prayers and Meetings amongst Pastors
• Coordinate daily nightly meetings
• Perform any other task as is needed by the ministry leaders

• Help believers understand their right standing with God
• Support new believers in their growth and development as they come to their understanding of their New Creation realities
• Work effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds teaching them Biblical knowledge and understanding of Christian doctrine.
  Experience in preaching, teaching, and leading worship. Providing spiritual guidance and counseling to individuals and families.
• Work collaboratively with church leaders and volunteers.
• Pastoral Care: Provide spiritual guidance and counseling to members of the congregation, including visiting the sick, comforting the grieving, and offering support during times of crisis.

• Develop and facilitate a pastoral care program that ensures the needs of the congregation are being met.

• Leadership and Administration .Provide leadership and direction to the church's staff, officers, and volunteers.

• Volunteer for Missions
• Support planting churches in various locations
• Preaching and Teaching: Deliver sermons and messages that are rooted in Scripture and relevant to the lives of the congregation in a clear and engaging way.
  • Develop and implement a preaching plan that aligns with the church's vision and values.
  • Provide teaching and guidance through Bible studies, small groups, and other educational programs.
  • Lead bible services, including preparing and delivering prayers, readings, and benedictions.
  • Administer ordinances such as baptism and communion, and perform weddings and funerals as needed.
