Summery: With an annual OPEX budget of $6 Million I managed the modernization and entire lifecycle for all client computing requirements for CTC. This required a routine cadence with The Business, IT partners and Vendors leading to successful outcomes and accomplishments.

  • Designed | Developed and Delivered a comprehensive 5yr digital transformation strategy.
  • Designed and developed the technology standard, Connected WorkPlace, currently being deployed as the global enterprise standard.
  • Achieved $1.4M a year savings by introducing and implementing CTC's secured print initiative by leveraging a strategic partnership with a 3rd party.
  • Secure $800k a year in residual savings by developing and implementing IT's ESG strategy in partnership with a 3rd party.
  • Designed, developed and delivered on CTC's fully connected digital Event Centre.
  • Overhauled the operational support processes to support first, a fully remote corporate workforce and now a hybrid workforce.
  • Managed a $8.0M budget to digitize all meeting rooms and event centres to support the Workplace of the Future @ CTC.
  • Apple@CTC - Modeled and implemented CTC's Apple Management Enterprise solution thereby enabling MacOS on the corporate network.
  • Workday retail rollout - Collaborated in redesigning a retail deployment strategy saving the org from a potential disaster that would have resulted in over 20,000 retail employees missing at least one paycheck.

Delivered digital experiences with strong integration into the underlying Enterprise systems (i.e. Oracle, Salesforce) while leading a high performing, deeply technical technology team in an agile development environment that values releasing often, testing and iterating. Fostered innovation within the organization to create new solutions that enable business results in retail. Led the revolutionary design and rollout of the Fido & Rogers Digital store of the future nationally across Canada including all digital technologies, POS, CRM and transaction gateways. Launched a network inventory management system and created and implemented the Amazon FBA partnership & strategy for same day shipping.

In this role I also delivered national POS implementation, Windows 7 migration, Supply chain WMS and Supply Chain ERP. I also managed executive and board level VIP Support Services ensuring the senior leadership team and board members were technology current and secured from cyber threat.
